So you're ready to redeem? Echidna Rewards gives you many fantastic options - from Movie Vouchers to Plasma/LCD TVs. Whether you're looking to reward yourself or family and friends, this is where the fun begins.
Choosing the Reward
Probably the hardest part of our Reward Scheme is deciding which reward you want to have. To see the many rewards available to Echidna Rewards members, you must first be a member. If you already are a member then ensure you are logged in then select the Browse Rewards Catalogue menu on the right hand side.
If you aren't yet a member contact your salesperson today and enjoy the benefits of Echidna Rewards.
Redeeming the Reward
Once you have chosen the award that you wish to redeem your spikes for, you must contact your salesperson and organise for the redemption.
The best way to contact is via email and if you have your salespersons direct email address, use that otherwise use the contact form of this website to get in contact.
Remember to quote your Echidna ID and the Reward you wish to redeem.
Enjoy the Reward
Once you have done the above 2 steps, you get the best part of all, Enjoying the reward you have chosen. Delivery time of the reward changes from reward to reward, so please check with your salesperson on estimated delivery time.
